Hem-o-lok clips are non-absorbable polymer ligation clips with specifications including four sizes (Medium, Medium-Large, Large, Extra-Large) and a vessel size range of 2 mm to 16 mm. They are inert, nonconductive, and radiolucent, designed for "cold" ligation to avoid thermal spread. They feature a locking mechanism with tactile feedback for secure closure and are available in cartridges, typically with 6 clips per cartridge and 14 cartridges per box.
